TPB #84 – Weather Proof Motion Sensor

I show how to make a weather proof motion sensor for the Camera Axe. Most of the video is about how the case is made, but I also touch on the fact that this sensor is more accurate than the standard Camera Axe motion sensor because it uses I2C instead of analog values to report distance.

TPB #83 – Improved Laser Trigger

I show how to use a few dollars in parts from your local hardware store to improve a laser trigger on the Camera Axe. I basically use some PVC parts to create mounts for the laser and light sensors. This makes them weather proof, easy to mount on a tripod, and easier to align due to a diffuser in front of the light sensor. http://www.cameraaxe.com
