Maurice, I have a version 4 Camera Axe. When I plug a flash into port 1 and a second flash into port 2 they do not fire at the same time. The flash in port 1 is acting like it is getting the shutter signal. Is there a way to configure the device so that both port one and two think they have speed lights plugged in? I have been playing with the setup buttons but have not had any success. I have ver 4.0.0 on the box.
Second question, How do I load the last version of the 4 series onto my box? Is there a USB connection on this version?
I also have not been able to find a pdf file for the user manual for ver 4.0. Does one exist?
